DJ & producer IZC is running the label Dubsquare Records together with Boris Kopeinig. Furthermore, he's promoting a monthly night at Rhiz in Vienna as well as a weekly radioshow on London's Sub FM. Last not least IZC is blogging on sound/politrix (www.dubsquare.net).

In the mid-90s IZC started DJing Techno, Jungle and Experimental, before he eventually discovered 2-Step/Garage around 2001. Other important influences are Dub/Reaggae and West-African music, sounds which are all clearly audible in his quite unique take on Dubstep.

The EPs "Sand" (2008) and "Arctic Dawn" (2009) were released on Dubsquare Records. For later this year a remix for Ibex is scheduled on Detroit-based label Exchange Bureau Music. Dubsquare Records will be releasing two EPs by El Rakkas (004) and Ca.tter (005) later this year.
